I keep getting the following error:

Possible disconnection
Suggestion: Consider connecting the segment to another junction node

Not sure what I’m doing wrong

It sounds like the segments are not connected, even though they may look like it.

Can you provide the exact location of the segments in question?

Trying to add the road here:

It is called Hidden Ridge.

I draw the road in and put in the roundabout at the end… but it will not let me connect it to the main road.

Hi – thanks for the information. The GIS info I find names the roads here as Hidden Shores Drive. Which one is Hidden Ridge? Also, I don’t see any roundabouts in here…just cul-de-sacs.

Correct it is just a cul-de-sac and yes, it is hidden shores drive. I typed it wrong earlier, sorry.

Thanks for the update. I’ve added the roads here. They’ll show up in the app on Thursday morning at the earliest.

Thanks for doing that, but is this something that I could do? Trying to figure out why I couldn’t add it.

The issue you had was that the road you were trying to connect to was locked above your edit level.
