There are no turn restrictions for the highlighted roads on the permalink below but it won’t let me check them all to green.

Try pressing W. It’s the shortcut for enable all turns. Also make sure you have permissions in the area.

The highlighted road is locked (see permalink below) which won’t allow me to enable the turns.

I have unlocked the road for you. Didn’t see any more in the general area so you should be good to go.
