I was the one that posted this report:
The issue that I experienced is that the routing says “make a left” when really you’re trying to make a u-turn. Looking at the map inputs I’m not sure how to resolve, without breaking other functionality.
Any ideas, or just live with it?
In a divided highway situation like that Waze doesn’t give a u-turn direction, it will only give a left-left. As I understand it Waze doesn’t ever give u-turn direction. I expect the more knowledgeable to chime in and enlighten all of us. 
I can’t see the UR as its outside my edit area. I believe that Mike is perfectly correct. The one additional fact that might be useful to take into account is that waze won’t route the two-left U-turn if the cross-street is less than 15 meters long. Thus, waze should not route the two-left U-turn at any of the other intersections along Atlantic (which have shorter cross segments) but should save the maneuver for that particular intersection where the cross street is 15 meters.
