We appreciate your patience. After the investigation we found out, that it looks like the House numbers, which you were trying to add are too far from the segment with the street name. It should be up to 600 meters, while in your video it seems to be around 1 km.

Thank you. I am not trying to add house numbers - I understand there is a distance limit for HNs, but had not been told there was a distance limit for RPPs.
What is the developers solution for adding these RPPs in the correct location? Note that we do not name these Private Roads as these PRs are typically very long driveways and there are no street signs for these driveways.
Also, is it possible to update the error message to say that the RPP is too far from the road, instead of the “the highlighted place has an invalid house number” error, which does not provide any information to fix the problem.
I get this error frequently. In this location I had previously managed to save the RPP through moving it around and perseverance but now I can’t with the error “The highlighted place has an invalid house number”.

A potential solution would be a suggestion to increase the current distance limit. As a matter of fact, it has already been suggested here:

The suggestions have not made it onto the RoadMap just yet, but it is still worth upvoting them.

Thank you for your feedback. I have filed in internal ticket to check investigate it further. However, your case seems to have a different root cause than the original report (although the error is the same). It is not related to the distance limit. Would you be able to raise a new bug so that we can ensure proper tracking.

The similar problem with POIs which have “/” in address.

Ps. If someone will say that this is WAD, please get their attention that only in my country we have 16712 POIs in WME which include address with slash.
