Thank you for reporting this issue.
Just to clarify, the event is Elder St Works Campaign and it’s no longer relevant as there are no closures there anymore, correct? Can you please let me know what exactly you are trying to edit?
It would be helpful if you could record a video capturing the steps your taking so we can try to replicate them on our end.

That’s correct - the TE is Elder St Works Campaign
I was trying to adjust the TE dates at first but it kept failing, then I tried to delete the Event and that failed. We have previously removed the associated closures and changed their dates.
Here is a link to the recording - even though its in the format you want and within size it fails to upload - says cant be scanned or something similar - that’s annoying
