New Universal hotel Dockside Inn (https://www.loewshotels.com/dockside-inn-and-suites) has several connections into it that no longer exist and the parking lot road are not correct either. Looks like from before construction finshed. I will be here for the next 3 days and would like to fix this. can these be unlocked to a 1? Anyone willing to help me clean this up with some level 5 unlocks of the parking lot?

Thanks! Working on the layout now and heading out to pave the new road. Took some pictures of the front to upload to the Place area. There are also great GPS trails to help show the new routing here. Will get on the Discord in a bit.
