I made tentative roads for the new buildings put up in the past year and now the Satellite imagery has been updated to facilitate better editing. I cannot edit the segments I made previously and need an unlock. Location is Oceans East Apartments in Berlin, MD across the street from Stephen Decatur High School and Middle School.

Unfortunately there is an ongoing technical problem with the Waze map that has prevented level 1 editors from editing the map at this time.
I will go ahead and get started fixing up the roads at the location you mentioned, so there is no delay fixing the map.
