La doble via se extiende desde la rampa hasta la entrada de Res. Prado Humboldt. Pero las Av Rio Paragua está bloqueada.

Av Rio Paragua Two Way zone is longer.

No, you don’t have to wait. The problem is a common error. I used old cartouche to unlock them but somehow they were shown unlocked on WME. Anyway, you can try to use old editor. Here is the link: http://es.waze.com/cartouche_old/?zoom=6&lon=-66.87061&lat=10.4531
