There is a UR for no Uturns here, the junction needs cleaning up, but one segment is locked to level 4, and it’s just on the border to my area so I cannot do it all.

I hope this is how you intended, let me know if not. I’ve left the turning lanes off the A2 though I would suggest that are not really needed. I’ve configured not to allow u turns in either direction.
