Right-hand turn from Kalakaua Ave to east-bound Kapiolani Blvd shows a permissable left arrow, which should be disabled. Kapiolani Blvd is locked until Level 4, which might be why I cannot edit even the right-hand turn leading to that street.

I’m not seeing the situation that you’re talking about here. From what I understand, you want the left-hand turn from Kalakaua Ave southbound onto Kapiolani Blvd eastbound restricted because a left is not allowed there – is that correct? Because if so, that turn is already not allowed, and apparently has been so since September 13. :?
