Cannot make left turn from that segment.

Thanks for unlocking - my first time asking for this.
I’m still not able to disable the left turn at this junction. Can you let me know what I should do to fix that?

I just disabled the left turn for you but I have not locked anything.
I don’t see anything locked that would prevent you from working there IF it is in your driving/editing area.
I will go over some things you probably already know, ‘just in case’ .
When you click on the link you just posted, you should see a red arrow for the left turn and a green arrow for the right turn.
Clicking on the red arrow should turn it green.
If you save then, you will have enabled the left turn.
If you click on the green arrow, it should turn red again.
If you save then, you will have disabled the left turn.
If you don’t save either time, then the turn should be disabled.
You can ‘undo’ the ‘changes’ and then ‘lock’ the segment and save.
