The segment and surrounding segments leading to the two locked ramps are fixed, however I cannot edit any of the turns that touch the locked segments. I fear I have broken the road, and I really don’t want to be that guy. Can someone please enable all turns on each junction or unlock the ramps so I can have a shot at it?

I haven’t been through there in a while, so I don’t know what is right and wrong. Fixed what seems right.
Is one “don’t do that again” enough?
