"Unlock permanent hazards at Level 1"

Hi there,
I’m back in the Map Editor after a bit of an absence, and I’m met with this:
“Speed bump:
This feature is locked
Unlock permanent hazards at Level 1.”

My Editor Level is 2, so it doesn’t really make sense.
Is there a kind soul who could explain what ‘level 1’ this is about?

And if you’re not allowed to create speed bumps as a Level 2, why is that?
It seems quite pointless to live in Copenhagen and not be allowed to help with the municipality’s constant road changes.. :wink:

It should have said level 4, which applies to all permanent hazards.

Level 4?!?
Then I can well understand why it takes A Very Long Time to get those damn speed bumps on the roads into the map…

Well, that certainly greatly reduces the opportunity to help out with such simple things.
