There was no AR at that location, so I have no idea what you might be been seeing.
I did see Hwy 67 and Woodard Rd each had a geometry node at their intersection. Maybe you linked the two separate road segments to remove junctions and that resolved the problem with the system thinking they should be linked?
If it comes back let us know.
Note that I did not lock that Hwy 67 segment to prevent it from being my lock level. If you want to relock it please do so at your level.
