2 way streets are marked as one way.
Looks like there are many similar problems in Colorado Springs. Not a bunch of locks but still a lot of work to correct.

I unlocked those segments and several others, many of which you had edited. If you edit a road and it’s locked, unless it’s a freeway or a complicated intersection, unlock it. It used to be that it was advisable to lock a road once directionality was set as otherwise the system could change it.
Yeah, I did lock a few. I’ll make sure to not do that.
