Problem with a turn. The right turn off Route 1 is marked as RED (not allowed) but when I try to make it green, it will not change - likely b/c a level 4 made the last change.

Can this be unlocked so I can modify and fix the error?

Since that is a major Hwy I just corrected the turn, but I left the UR for you to get the credit. :wink:
