Unlock request Fort Worth Foch and Lancaster

I am new and trying to do some map editing. I have driven from Foch Street going south and taking a right to join into Lancaster. WAZE shows a left if possible, but it is not. I can not edit this, as it is locked at level 4.

Best Regards,
Giles

There are a few things you need to do:

First read this as it will answer most questions you have about editing, especially here.
Second, you need to post things in the correct forum. Since you have a question about some bad directions, then this will probably be the best place to post.
Third, trying to describe an area is not going to help anyone out. I’m fairly familiar with a lot of Texas, but not a lot of Texas streets (except those I travel frequently). I have no idea where Foch St is, but Lancaster could be in the DFW area, specifically on the south side, but I don’t know. Actually, in rereading your title, you have it labeled in Ft Worth. Ft Worth stretches from 183 and 360 on the east side all the way to 820 on the west and then 114 on the north side (by Texas Motor Speedway) all the way to US-67 on the south side. That’s a large area to cover.

Txemt,
Thanks for the quick reply. I am currently reviewing the information you pointed me to. I see some of the things I was wandering about. I will follow up after I have reviewed the mentioned information.

Best regards,
Giles

Not really. Closer to downtown, but it’s up there with Seminary on the list of streets that wouldn’t be an issue if Waze had “avoid ghetto” set by default.

Define “ghetto”

Anywhere where my $700 1997 Saturn with the exhaust tied to the frame with copper wire and a hole in the left fender big enough to store a spare quart of oil in is the nicest car within two miles.

Maybe it could use something like “Wazers whose home location has an appraised value over $35,000 tend to reroute themselves around this area after the first time Waze sends them through it.”
