Unfortunately the roads were locked by Homer(6) who has higher ranking (6) is a Waze employee. I’m only level (4) and can’t unlock it. You have to report to support here and type your request under ‘Quick Help’. It is a serious issue. I found many roads were locked by him and no one can edit the map. Please tell support to take is seriously and unlocked all the roads Homer(6) locked.

Oops! found another level 6 wazer ‘aaronp(6)’.
Btw, the best way to allow you to edit locked road is to be an area manager of your area.

btw, I saw you have drawn some new roads in other area and they are still red. Please read wiki here in order to make the roads valid.
