Waze routes you off and on right here, and this turn restriction, which is obviously incorrect, is the reason.
I can’t help with the unlock but I did spot a couple of other issues.
For clarification, here is a Permalink to the straight through turn that needs to be enabled. It and the short segment to the south would both need to be unlocked to enable the turn.
There are also a couple of soft turns around that area that should be cleaned up and there is a left onto the southbound I-39 onramp from westbound US-51 traffic that should be restricted.

I’ll unlock it for you later today. I’ve been combing over freeways looking for proper naming on ramps. I’ve been on I-57 right now.

I fixed it. I deleted that unnecessary node and cleared the URs’. You will see those URs’ pop up till the next update, so mark them solved.
