West Avenue in Ashtabula Ohio from Carpenter road to Prospect road is 35 mph. It is marked in places, both North and Southbound, at 25 mph on Waze. It’s always been 35 mph unless for a stretch of time it was at 25 mph because of road construction which has been completed for some time.

I’m still not able to correct for the speed limit edit that should be done. I’m unable to put the correct speed limit on the map, nor am I able to change Km/hr to mph.
Ok, in the editor, you see a cog at the bottom left of the screen, when you click that, you can change the setting from metric to imperial. Now you should be able to put the correct speed limit on those two segments.
