Reason: the state of the roads change almost daily due to construction. The intersection was only closed only for two days, even though their own sign said it was going to reopen on the 17th. It is open now. It is just not conducive for me to submit this form every time there is a change. I would kindly request permission to make this changes.

Unfortunately there is no way to grant permission for adding closures to an editor lower than Level 3
