The segment has a closure on it at the moment, so can not be edited. What did you want to change to the segment?
This road is still open. There is a swing bridge that will undergo maintenance soon and close the road for a year but the work has not started yet.
Ok, thank you. I will remove the closure, please let us know when the maintenance starts.
