Hello, i am a new mapper and i would like some help

To edit the following segment(s), I need “Eungella Dam Rd” unlocked.
Can you assist?

Reason: to join Eungella Dam Rd / Freegards Rd, for the speed limit to be changed on various parts of Eungella Dam Rd and a part in Eungella to be changed to “Chelmer Street” as per Queensland Globe
Unlock to level: 1 if possible, if not can someone edit this for me.
