Please describe the issue more thoroughly.
There is a speed limit issue that will be solved when it gets unlocked to 1, Then will be re-informed of completion so it can be relocked to level 3
This won’t be getting unlocked without further detail.
Thats fine, I wont give detail to a moderator who has established reason to suspect the edit wont be included in my file. Unlock the road, Relock it when im done. Dont even state it cant be done as it happened over 30+kms already today.
As stated above. To adjust speed to proper limits
