Reason: The speed on this section of road is 35 MPH or 56 KPH. If you zoom in closer, you can see the speed sign in front of Tall Oaks Dr. It is that speed from Tall Oaks Dr to Linden Ave.

Thank you very much for your post. I have updated the speed limit not only on that segment, but on the rest of the road as well.
