Hi, thanks for the post.

The reason this isn’t marked as closed in Waze, is that it’s published as roadworks with 2-way traffic lights, and not a road closure. See here: https://one.network/?GB136651848

As you need to be a L3+ to add a closure, I’ve added this for you now.
