I’ve only now had a chance to edit the road closure to be correct, but I’m still only showing as a level 1 editor, so it won’t let me edit it.
in case it’s easier for someone more experienced to do it, it’s not the length of High Road north that is shut, as high road north is open for access only at the roundabout with Willowfield.
the segment that is actually completely closed in both directions is segment ID 179001110
