Hi, thanks for reporting this. I am not sure what picture you are referring to as one did not come through in the post (there are some bugs on the new forums still0. The place you linked to is for AC Charters Inc and their website is still active with that name and a phone of 904-261-9481. Is this place closed or switched names to Amelia River Cruises & Charters?

AC Charters Inc may be an active business in the Fernandina Harbor Marina, I am not sure one way or another about that because there are a LOT of fishing charter boats that operate out of the marina.
However, the location of that pin is our ticket booth and we have an exclusive lease on that little yellow building, so the map is currently incorrect and makes it look like you can book AC Charters out of our ticket booth, which is not the case. I think someone must have mis-assigned our ticket booth’s location to AC Charters at some point. Amelia River Cruises & Charters has been operating out of there since 2000, so this is not new news.
I think the best way to fix this would be to move the pin for AC Charters out into the marina and reassign the little yellow ticket booth to Amelia River Cruises & Charters. To my knowledge, they do not have a ticket booth at the marina, but a lot of the charter boats book online or by phone and operate their businesses out of their boat slips or personal residences.
Just let me know if there is anything else that you need from me to verify this. If you go to www.ameliarivercruises.com, you can see pictures of the little yellow ticket booth, if you are not familiar with the area. You’ll see our signage all over the booth and no one else’s. We do book trolley tickets out of there too, for Anchor Trolleys, as they are a sister company of ours and are owned by the same investors, but we don’t need to have their name on the map there at the ticket booth because their pickup point is actually in the parking lot there right next to the sidewalk to the east of Brett’s Waterway Cafe and that is a better place to direct customers looking for the trolley. I’m getting this error when I try to add restrooms to the list of amenities we offer:
“You do not have permission to make some of the changes”
Also, the photo of our ticket booth is still showing on the AC Charters pin, even though the location of the pin has been moved. I’m not sure how to fix that either.
