This is unlocked. Please adjust the segments here for where someone would be driving straight in/out. They should not receive turn prompts in the parking lot. Please post back when complete, thanks.

I completed the updates. Please return Milledgeville Rd to lvl 5.
I think I adequately adjusted the segments you were referring to; please let me know if they need to be improved.

I have re-locked Milledgeville Rd - also corrected an unconfirmed turn.
I also locked the two PP on either side.
