Reason: State Highway 3 will be closed through most or all of the summer. Traffic will be re-routed along Goosehaven as follows:
- Monday through Friday, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., traffic will be routed one-way along Goosehaven via Pilot Car Drivers may experience 20-30 minute delays waiting for a full cycle to complete.
- Weekends and at night, traffic will be two-way and uncontrolled, except that weeknights starting at 8 p.m. construction-related trucks will be going in groups and will be controlled by a flagger.
