A closure has already been added to I-64 for the tunnel closures. Actually the closures are already set for the next 5 weekends.
You may want to double check it, because the information was not up to date this morning at the 10 AM hour eastern time today.

While that particular segment is not marked as closed, these 2 segments are closed as BenEnman noted.

With these 2 segments closed, routing should not be offered eastbound or westbound through the tunnel.
Were you actually routed through the tunnel at 10am this morning?
If you look at the segment right where the tunnels are you will see the closures in the app. Those closures were placed by the Wazeclosure team, not by an editor. Did Waze try to route you thru the tunnel this morning?
No, not through the tunnel, I was directed via Grinstead drive, but I sat that for a few minutes in stopped traffic.
I just seemed that if I was directed to get off 64 earlier, I would not have had to be in traffic that long.
Going west bound yesterday, I was directed to I 71 west, which was probably because of the tunnel closure.

I extended the closures back to the Grinstead Exit, so the candy stripping will show in the app.
