Reason: aside from a ramp entering Bob Bullock Loop, there is also a frontage road that is parallel to the Loop as you can see from the satellite photo. So at the frontage road near Emerald Valley drive, there are three options: ramp to Bob Bullock loop to go over railroad (leftmost), stay at frontage road to go over the railroad (middle), and make a u-turn just before approaching railroad (rightmost). Basically, there is a massive map overhaul to be done in this area as the southbound section doesn’t seem to be mapped as well.
