Reason:
The section that Interstate 95 Upper Level splits into I-95 Express Lane vs Route 4 West bound (including I-95 Local) needs to be re-checked. There used to be 2 lanes go to Route 4 West; however, with recent changes, the two lane became one lane only. This will affect drivers preparation of positioning the lanes to go to Route 4 West.
