You already submitted a place update request changing the area to remove the southern building. I approved the PUR since my choices were to approve it or disapprove it and w/o adjudicating the PUR I could not unlock the place.

Please note the PURs in Virginia are reviewed daily so you shouldn’t have to submit a forum unlock request for any changes that you propose.
