Hi Editors,

I would like to be able to edit road closures in the Santa Cruz County and Santa Clara County areas to assist with navigation during these Atmospheric River events. But I think I need to have a higher level editor rank, and it’s unclear how to achieve that in a timely fashion.

Reason: Want to report closures so people won’t get get almost home and then find out “ya can’t get there from here”.
Unlock to level: 3, I think.
