Do you mean the new Rd L1 on the West of One Innovale? Your permalink seem to have selected Ma Sik Rd which has been in used for a long time.
If so, please can you also advise the turn restrictions of that junction, can traffic from … be able to turn/continue onto Rd L1?
(i) Ma Sik Road Eastbound
(ii) Ma Sik Road Westbound
(ii) Wo Tai Street
Also, can traffic from Rd L1 be able to turn/continue onto…?
(iv) Ma Sik Road Eastbound
(v) Ma Sik Road Westbound
(vi) Wo Tai Street
Lastly,
(vii) Can traffic from Ma Sik Road Eastbound be able to make a u-turn onto Ma Sik Road Westbound?

As far as I know, there is no restriction on the unnamed road L1. It can be accessed by all three other roads and it can access all three of them.
I do not observe any u-turn restriction symbol on both eastbound and westbound of Ma Sik Road.
