Reason: Would like to add my road (20-25 new construction residences) Emerald Dove Dr. - a part of the Dove Park Estates currently represented by Skyler Dove and Ring Neck Dove Drives. (Our road is separated by a bayou and therefore not a part of the primary neighborhood entrance)
Unlock to level: level 2 is required it says.

Thanks for adding Emerald Dove Dr. I made a couple of minor edits and locked Dove Park Rd. back to L2. Certainly I / we would welcome any questions that you may still have.
