I need to submit an road closure

We started road work on Zora to 249 on March 3. Truck traffic is ignoring all the signage along 249 and still trying to get to the industrial park. i figured if we could put the road is closed we might be able to alleviate this.

Is the road actually closed to vehicles? It’s inappropriate to add closures unless there’s a total road blockage.

The road is completely removed in this location it is impassible.
