Hi Editors,

I would like to be able to edit the following segment(s).
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Reason: NEW SPEED LIMIT THRU VILLAGE: It is now 25 mph from segment 503840018 all the way thru partial segment of 521411771 on US 7 (south property line of the used car dealer). Sorry, I couldn’t figure out how to get multiple segments in the permalink.

Unlock to level: I am currently a level 3 editor. These segments are locked to level 4. I would be happy to make the required changes (it’s my local town I live in) if I could be temporarily bumped to level 4 editor or have these segments reduced to level 3… Whichever is easier. Or if someone can update the speed limits as i’ve described that works also!

By chance are you a member of the Waze editor New England Region (NER) Discord server? We’ve got a great group of editors there and we can help with requests like this, as well as learning more about how to use WME, the Waze Map Editor.

PermaLinks - if you click on one segment, and then CTRL-click on additional segments, everything you select will then be added to the PL when you click on that icon in the upper-right of WME.

I will look at the segments you mention and provide another reply here with a PL - I can downlock them to level 3 so you can make adjustments for the speed limits. When you’re done you can let me know here in the forum, or in the Vermont channel in Discord, and we’ll uplock them.

Since we can only have one speed limit per segment, I split the segment near the used car dealership to lower the speed limit there. (When you split or combine segments you get new segment IDs.)

These segments should be dropped to 25 MPH:

I have changed the lock level to 3 to allow you to make the changes.

I’ve updated the requested segments to 25 mph in both directions. You can up them to level 4 again. Discord is not really my thing, but I am happy to help out with updating the local map with the WME when I see the opportunity. Thank you, Bob W1QA, for your timely help with this request!
