Reason: To connect the new PLR to the existing PLR that has a lock level of 3. (The new PLR was created to provide a junction to change the speed on the other end where it joins Mcarthy Blvd).
Unlock to level: 2

Please add road name
For a PLR, you must use None and save your change.

Reply when you’re done, I’ll make the connection

I have now added the name “None” to the two Parking Lot Roads that I created.
