Thanks for updating the area to reflect many of the new changes.
We follow the following guidance on adding pedestrian paths to the map from Wazeopedia.

There are a few specific examples list that make these road types useful to drivers including large shopping plazas or roads closed to cars that still have addresses.
Adding these roads to the map in the instance here doesn’t appear as though they would improve the experience for drivers and could cause confusion making it appear certain roads connect if Waze is being used without a route set.
