The segment from point B (E. Victoria Ave) to A (Hardt St) is closed due to construction until April 30, 2021. The same segment from point A to B is currently still open.

Thanks for reaching out. One thing you can’t do at your level is set a closure, even if I unlock it. I have added a closure through the end of April.
