Reason: The section of Solon Road between Hawthorn Pkwy and Cochran Rd is closed in the East bound direction for major road re-construction. Length of the closure is unknown. This section of Solon Rd remains open West bound at this time. I expect once re-construction is completed, they may close this section West Bound leaving East bound open
Unlock to level: I was informed that Level 3 is needed to apply this update

Thank you very much for your post. Closures indeed can be set by L3+ editors. The closure I has set on the eastbound segment expired at midnight, I will set the new closure.
