The whole street has a MAX 3.5 tonne vehicle cap restricting trucks from passing by. Can you please enable this.

Waze is designed for private vehicules (<3.5t). There’s also no such thing as a truck mode in the app.
In the past is was possible to input a restriction on the map for trucks, but it was never implemented in the app. Nowadays these restrictions are removed completely, so it can’t be done anymore.
Sadly some truck drivers still use Waze for navigation, but they should know, none of the restrictions that aply to them are used for the routing. Truck drivers should use specialized sat nav.
