Reason: After a recent fatal crash, London Rd in Thetford and all roads in Thetford have been lowered to 30 mph from 40 mph. Requesting either permission to lower the speed limit or to have someone else lower it. There is also a section of A1066 between Thetford and Diss where the speed limit has dropped from 60 mph to 50 mph and I would like to be able to update that change as well.
