When you click in the permalink, there is no venue selected. You need to zoom in and repost.
Or you can just make the changes to the venue and it will generate a Place Update Request (PUR) and a senior editor will review and approve/disapprove.
Please read the places wiki for what information is needed on the place.
If your PUR is disapproved you can post here what you are trying to do.
