I would like to be able to edit the following segment(s).
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
I posted a closure on this segment once a week for 3 weeks. On the third time, I was contacted a few days ago to get details on the closure, provided those and was told that the the issue was fixed. I just found out that that segment is still not closed.
I am also tired of still being at level one. Each time I was trying to fix an issue, instead of allowing me to fix it myself and increase my level, the issue was fixed for me. What does someone has to do to increase one level if that someone is never allows to fix issues?

Thank you very much for your post. Closures can be handled by L3+ editors. I remember the reports about that segment being closed, it’s not always closed, because every few days after I close it, I get reports that the segment is open. As there are no posted dates and times when the segment is closed and when it’s open for traffic, it’s tough for us volunteer map editors to keep up with when it is closed.
