Thanks for posting. Editing Lane Guidance is limited to editors that have reached rank 2 and above. I am just trying to work out which intersection you are asking about.
First split
2nd split (just before the traffic lights)
Lane Guidance gets set to what lanes are when the solid dividing line starts.
I would have Lane Guidance at that point as 4 lanes - Left | Straight | Straight | Straight

I have just adjusted East Pde, Lord St and the freeway / ramps along there to meet the new editing standards.
Hopefully next time you drive through it should be a little clearer what is happening,
