Hi there

Thanks for the post. We don’t map private driveways on Waze. What you can do is map a Residential Place Point (RPP), and then set the navigation point at the start of the driveway on the main road. If your house has a name rather than a number, you can create a normal place point with a category of ‘Other’, and again set the navigation point on the road.
