There is currently a technical issue that keeps level 1 editors from making changes. We hope that is resolved soon.
In the meantime, what are you trying to add? A new section of Elizabeth Lane?
Yes, Elizabeth lane now connects. Thanks for adding that. There is a lot of new constructions in the area. Hopefully I will be able to add it when its complete.
I can’t imagine it will be more than a few weeks before level 1 editors can make changes.
